Every MercyHelm order is packed with care. Here is what to expect after you order.

Processing time
Orders ship within 5–7 business days. During busy periods or new releases, it can sometimes take up to 2 weeks. Processing time applies to all orders, including Express.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $5 on orders under $50
• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
• Express shipping: $15
• Orders with stickers only: $1

Your shipping options and final cost are shown at checkout. Tax is additional.

Free sticker
Merchandise orders of $40 or more after discounts, before shipping and tax, include one free sticker. It is added when we pack your order, so there is no need to add it to your cart.

Shipping confirmation
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items
If your package arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
